			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>There are presidential elections in Mongolia next month.  Unlike the US, where stumping begins two years out and stays relentless until after the actual election.  Candidates here weren&#8217;t even chosen until a couple of weeks ago.  There is a ger that has been set up within eye-shot of our window, that I am suspicious is a &#8216;campaign ger&#8217;.  In any case, I am sure it will not make the headlines Obama/McCain made. However, it might prove to be just as interesting (it&#8217;s the Socialist MPRP vs. the Democratic party).  </p>
